J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to pass final orders on the application for variation of the permit granted to her stage carriage bearing No.KL-18/AG-5670, which was adjourned as per Ext.P2.

2. The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that the route enquiry report is awaited, and final orders on the application will be passed within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. This is recorded.

3. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders on the applications seeking variation, stated above, if necessary, by circulation of papers under Rule 130 of the Kerala Motor Vehicles Rules , 1989, and in accordance with law, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
