JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed with following prayers:
i. To issue a writ of certiorari or appropriate writ order or direction calling for the records leading to Exhibit P3 and to quash the same;
ii. To issue a writ of mandamus or appropriate writ order or direction directing the 3rd Respondent to re-consider Exhibit P2 Form-6 application filed by the petitioner within a time frame;
iii. To issue a writ of mandamus or appropriate writ order or direction directing the 2nd Respondent to consider Exhibit P5 appeal filed by the petitioner after affording an opportunity for hearing within a time frame;
iv. To grant such other relief as this Hon’ble Court deem fit to grant in the interest of justice.
