JUDGMENT
Dated this the 16th day of December, 2025 The petitioner is seeking a direction to the Police to ensure law and order, and provide adequate protection for the transportation of materials for carrying out the renovation works of his residential house.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a motorable way to his residence and respondents 4 and 5, who are also using the same road, have no right to obstruct the movement of vehicles.
3. Learned Counsel for respondents 4 and 5 submitted that the petitioner is trying to transport materials in trucks, and if permitted, that will cause substantial damage to their compound walls, as the road is narrow.
4. Learned Government Pleader also submitted that respondents 4 and 5 are obstructing the movement of the vehicles on the apprehension that it will damage their compound walls.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client will transport the materials without causing damage to the compound walls of respondents 4 and 5, and if any damage is caused, the petitioner will carry out necessary repairs at his own expense.
In the light of the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the
