JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:

“(i) To issue appropriate writ, order or direction to the 6^th respondent to consider Ext.P7 application and to forward the same with the recommendations to the 7^th respondent, within a time limit, in the interest of justice.

(ii) To issue appropriate writ, order or direction to the 7^th respondent to consider Ext.P8 representation and call for the records from 6^th respondent LLMC and to conclude the entire proceedings within a time limit, in the interest of justice.

(iii) To grant such other reliefs which this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.” [SIC]

The main prayer in this writ petition is to issue a direction to the 6^th respondent to consider Ext.P7 application, in accordance with law, which according to the petitioner is submitted in Form-5 of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Rules , 2008. 3.
