JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
“(i) To issue appropriate writ, order or direction to the 6th respondent to consider Ext.P7 application and to forward the same with the recommendations to the 7th respondent, within a time limit, in the interest of justice.
(ii) To issue appropriate writ, order or direction to the 7th respondent to consider Ext.P8 representation and call for the records from 6th respondent LLMC and to conclude the entire proceedings within a time limit, in the interest of justice.
(iii) To grant such other reliefs which this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.” [SIC]
2. The main prayer in this writ petition is to issue a direction to the 6th respondent to consider Ext.P7 application, in accordance with law, which according to the petitioner is submitted in Form-5 of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Rules , 2008. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
