COMMON JUDGMENT
These original petitions are filed by the Kerala Public Service Commission (‘KPSC’, for short), invoking the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the common order dated 01.07.2025 passed by the Kerala Administrative Tribunal at Thiruvananthapuram (the ‘Tribunal’, for short) in the respective original applications. The District Officer of KPSC is also one of the petitioners in some of the original petitions, wherever he was a party in the respective original applications.
