JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed with following prayers:
i. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, direction or order directing the 4th respondent to take action against the illegal functioning of cement brick manufacturing unit of
3rd respondent;
ii. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, direction or order directing the 4th respondent to take action to implement the directions in the Ext.P4 order;
iii. To dispense with filing of translation of vernacular documents in the interest of justice.
iv. Grant such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. Petitioner is a widow and she is aggrieved because of a cement brick manufacturing unit situated adjacent to her property.
3. When this writ petition came up for consideration on
25.11.2025, this Court passed the following order:
“The 2nd respondent will inspect the premises of the 3rd respondent and find out whether there is any pollution because of the functioning
