JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:

“I. Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction calling for the records leading to Ext. P5 proceedings of the 1st respondent and quash the same;

II. Declare that the property of the petitioner having an extent of 17.90 Ares of land comprised Survey No.373/2 in Block No.50 of Kannadi-II village, in Palakkad Taluk, Palakkad District is not either paddy land or wetland, for the purpose of inclusion in the paddy land prepared under the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act , 2008;

III. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 1st and 3rd respondents to exclude the property of the petitioner from the data bank and issue a corrigendum notification showing the removal of the property of the petitioner from the data bank and publish the corrigendum notification in the official gazette.

IV. Issue such other writ, order or direction as this Hon’ble court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. ”[SIC]

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the 1^st respondent rejecting the Form–5
