JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed with following prayers :
“ i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding competent among respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of Ext.P3 Form-5 application in the light of the law laid down by this Honble Court and to make necessary corrections in the data bank of Chowara Grama Panchayat by deleting the land covered by Ext P3 Form-5 application, within a time frame fixed by this Hon’ble Court.
ii) Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of this case including the cost of this Writ Petition.
iii) To dispense with filing of the translation of vernacular documents “ [sic]
2. When this writ petition came up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to consider Ext.P3 application submitted in Form 5 under Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Rules , 2008.
3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.
4. After hearing both sides, I think that prayer can be allowed.
