JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:

“ I. “Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the Ext.P5 passed by Respondent No.3 rejecting Ext.P3 Application of the Petitioner; II. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding Respondent No.3 to reconsider Ext.P3 application afresh strictly in accordance with law within a time-bound period;

III. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding Respondent No.3 to remove 2.73Ares of property in Re-Survey No.138/3-3 of Kizhakkambalam village, from the data bank;

IV. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring that the property of the petitioner is not a paddyland or wetland under the provisions of Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Act , 2008;

V. Dispense with the filing of the translation of the vernacular documents;

VI. Issue such other orders or directions as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, including awarding of cost of these proceedings ”[SIC]
