ORDER Devan Ramachandran, J.
This petition has been filed, seeking that the place of exchange of the child – which is presently fixed as being in front of the residential gate of the father – be altered to a neutral place.
2. Sri.Gokul D.Sudhakaran – learned counsel for the respondent, in response, submitted that his client is agreeable to present the child before the Children’s Park, next to the Family Court, in the presence of the counsellor.
3. We cannot approve the above submission of Sri.Gokul D.Sudhakaran because, in Indu S. v. Thomas @ Manoj [ 2025 (3) KHC 295 ], this Court has made it unequivocally clear that children cannot be exposed to Family Courts, Police Stations and such others, since this creates deep trauma for them.
4. However, we choose to accede to the request of Sri.D.Ajithkumar - learned counsel for the review petitioners.
5. Consequently, the place of exchange for the child is altered to be in front of the main entrance of the ‘State Central Library’, Opposite University Men's Hostel, Palayam, Vikas Bhavan P.O., Thiruvananthapuram,
