JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed with following prayers :
“a. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 3rd and 7th respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on Exhibit P2 application within a reasonable time limit as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit to fix in the facts and circumstances of the case; and b. Grant such other and further reliefs as are deemed just and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case including the costs of this proceedings, as also the following: “

2. When this writ petition came up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to consider Ext.P2 application submitted in Form 5 under Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Rules , 2008.
3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.
4. After hearing both sides, I think that prayer can be allowed.
