JUDGMENT

The above Writ Petition (C) is filed with the following prayers:

"a) Issue a writ of Mandamus order or direction to the 1^st respondent to consider Ext P-9 petition filed by the petitioner and also direct him to take immediate steps to comply Ext P-8 order of this Hon'ble Court and pass appropriate orders forthwith or within a time limit as specified by this Hon'ble Court.

b) To issue any other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in this facts and circumstances of this case.

c) Allow the entire cost of the proceedings to the petitioner."

2. The main prayer in this Writ Petition is to issue a direction to the 1^st respondent to consider Ext.P9 petition filed by the petitioner and also direct him to take immediate steps to comply Ext.P8 order of this Court.

3. The learned Government Pleader submitted that the matter was reconsidered by the District Collector and that proceedings under Section 13 of the the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Rules , 2008 (‘the Rules’, for brevity) had already been initiated.

4. If that be the case, no further direction is necessary in this case.
