JUDGMENT
Dated this the 10th day of March, 2026 This criminal appeal has been filed under Section 14A of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 , challenging order dated 20.02.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2026 on the files of the Special Court for the trial of offences under the SC/ST (POA) Act cases, Ernakulam. The appellant herein are accused Nos.1 to 3 in the above case.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellants.
3. The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that this appeal is not pressed since the appellants have been arrested. Recording the said submission, this criminal appeal stands dismissed as not pressed.
Registry shall inform this matter to the trial court forthwith.
