JUDGMENT The petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction to the
1strespondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P1 to P4 applications submitted by employees of the petitioner seeking registration under Rule 26A of theKerala Headload Workers Rules, 1981. It is submitted that the applications have been submitted on 01.01.2026.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.
3. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader and having regard to the limited nature of relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition will stand disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P1 to P4, in accordance with the law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, to the Kerala Headload Workers Welfare Board and to the applicants, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
