JUDGMENT
Petitioners seek for the following reliefs;
i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, commanding the 1st respondent to afford adequate and effective police protection to the petitioners, their life and property, and to ensure that the petitioners are are not obstructed by respondents 2 to 6 or any other persons acting under them or on their behalf, from constructing a compound wall around their property in accordance with Exhibit P11 building permit.
ii. Direct the 1st respondent to take necessary action in accordance with law on the basis of Exhibit P12 including preventing trespass, obstruction, intimidation, and threats by respondents 2 to 5 and from their men and agents.
2. On a reading of the reliefs sought for, it is evident that petitioners want to construct a compound wall based on Exhibit-P11 building permit.
