ORDER

The revision petitioner is the respondent in M.C.No.479 of 2012 on the file of the Family Court, Nedumangad. The respondent in this revision petition (for short, R.P.(FC)) was the petitioner in the above maintenance case (for short, M.C.).

2. The respondent filed the M.C., inter alia, averring as follows: The respondent is the legally wedded wife of the revision petitioner. Their marriage was solemnized on 06.03.1988. The revision petitioner wilfully neglected and refused to maintain the respondent since August, 2010 onwards. The respondent is conducting a Cable Network business. After deducting the expenses she is getting only an income of Rs.1,500/-. The revision petitioner is working as a U.D.Clerk and he is drawing a monthly salary of Rs.20,738/-. Therefore, the respondent is entitled to the monthly maintenance at the rate of Rs.15,000/-.

3. The M.C. was opposed by the revision petitioner. He filed a written objection, inter alia, contending as follows: He admitted that the respondent is his legally wedded wife. He contended that the respondent filed O.P.No.1548 of 2010 before the Family Court against him and his mother. According to him, the respondent is having sufficie
