JUDGMENT

When this contempt case came up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader submitted that fee notice is issued in Form-7 application submitted in accordance to Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Rules, 2008. If that is the case, nothing survives in this case. Once the fee is paid by the petitioner, the authorised officer will pass consequential order forthwith.

With the above observation, this contempt case is closed.
