JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed challenging thedisqualification of the petitioner under the provisions ofSection 164(2) of the Companies Act, 2013.

The issue raised in this writ petition has alreadybeen considered and disposed of by a learned Single Judge of this Court in Zacharia Maramkandathil Mohan and Others v. Union of India and Others [2021 (3) KHC 550].

In the light of the afore, this writ petition would also standdisposed of in terms of the judgment referred to above.
