JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed challenging the disqualification of the petitioners under the provisions of Section 164(2) of the Companies Act, 2013.

The issue raised in this writ petition has already been considered and disposed of by a learned Single Judge of this Court in Zacharia Maramkandathil Mohan and Others v. Union of India and Others [2021 (3) KHC 550]. In the light of the afore, this writ petition would also stand disposed of in terms of the judgment referred to above.
