ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.3 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent. Perused the materials available on record.
3. Based on the complaint lodged by the second respondent, the first respondent registered an FIR in Crime No.3 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 498(A) and 494 of IPC. It is alleged that the petitioner fell in love with the second respondent and married her in the year 2019. At the time of the marriage, the parents of the second respondent presented jewels and household articles. Subsequently, the petitioner used to return home late, and when questioned by the second respondent, she was beaten and harassed by him. Thereafter, the second respondent came to know that the petitioner got another marriage and was living with
