O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.123 of 2022 on the file of the respondent for the offences under Sections 406 , 420 r/w Section 34 of IPC .

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was involved in a job racketing. It is alleged that the petitioner,along with others, collected a total sum of Rs.22,13,000/- from 47 victims under the pretext of securing employment. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. The allegations pertains to a case job racketing. There are specific averments in the complaint that prima facie attract the ingredients of the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 r/w Section 34 of IPC . Insofar as the petitioner is concerned, he cheated a sum of Rs.22,13,000/- from 47 victims.
