ORDER
This Criminal Revision is directed against the order dated 01.02.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.4 of 2025, whereby the application filed by the petitioner/accused seeking forensic examination of certain audio and video recordings and for securing the voice sample of PW-2 (defacto complainant) was dismissed by the learned Special Judge / Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil.
