The writ petition has been instituted challenging the order dated 17.07.2023 passed in O.A.No.1460/2017 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai.
2. The writ petitioner instituted Original Application before the Central Administrative Tribunal challenging the order of termination and for a direction to re-instate in service and regularize the writ petitioner as GDS deliverer with all monetary benefits. The Central Administrative Tribunal dismissed the Original Application, which resulted in filing of the present writ petition by the Original Applicant.
3. The facts not disputed are that the petitioner was appointed as mail messenger/GDS deliverer in the postal department on temporary basis. In the year 2016 from January to August 2016, the petitioner served as mail messenger a
