ORDER
The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to strike off the plaint in O.S.No.132 of 2015 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Srivilliputhur.
2.The Revision Petitioners are the defendants in the suit instituted by the plaintiff in O.S.No.132 of 2015 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Srivilliputhur. The suit was filed for declaration of title and for recovery of possession of the plaint schedule property and for future mesne profits.
