The Writ Petition on hand has been instituted to direct the 2nd respondent to regularize the building and levy property tax in petitioner's name for the property situated in S.F. No.432/8, R.S. No.432/8C of Suriampalayam 'B' Village, Erode based on his representation dated 25.07.2024.
2. Admittedly, the petitioner has constructed building to an extent of 4000 sq.ft without obtaining any building plan permission from the competent authority.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the applications seeking regularization was filed under Section 135 of Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act , 1998. Since the applications were not considered, the petitioner earlier filed W.P.No.15191 of 2023 and this Court passed an order on 02.04.2024 to dispose of the applications submitted by the petitioner and till such time, status-quo w
