2. These writ petitions, though heard on different dates, involve a common subject matter—the orders passed by the Employees Provident Fund Tribunal within a specific period. Therefore, they have been grouped together, and a common judgment is being delivered.
3.In all these cases, the writ petitioners are officers of the Employees Provident Fund Organisation.
