This Criminal Revision has been filed as against the order of taking cognizance dated 23.09.2024 in C.C.No.1979 of 2024 on the file of the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.
2. The case of the prosecution is that, based on the complaint lodged by the second respondent, the first respondent registered an FIR in Crime No.578 of 2022 pursuant to the direction issued by the learned Magistrate under Section 156(3) of Criminal Procedure Code, alleging that the dishonest misappropriation of statutory documents belonging to Ayan Tech Solutions Pvt.
