ORDER
This Criminal Revision is directed against the order passed in Cr.M.P.No. 1354 of 2024, dated 24.01.2025, on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil under Section 175(3) of BNSS, 2023 .
2. The revision petitioner is the proposed accused /fourth respondent in Cr.M.P.No.1354 of 2024, filed under Section 175(3) of BNSS.
