JUDGMENT
Feeling aggrieved by the Judgment and Decree dated March 27, 2018 passed in O.S.No.238 of 2016 by the 'II Additional District Court, Salem' ['Trial Court' for brevity], the defendants 1 and 2 therein have filed this Appeal Suit under Section 96 read with Order XLI Rule 1 of 'the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ' ['CPC' for short].
