ORDER
1. This Criminal Revision Case is filed to call for the records relating to the order, dated 19.07.2025 passed in Crl.MP.No.322 of 2025, by the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Papanasam, Thanjavur and to set aside the same and to order return of the Ashok Leyland Lorry Vehicle, bearing Registration No.TN-31-V-2223 seized by the Respondent Police and kept in the custody of the above said Court in Cr.No.1154 of 2025 to the Revision Petitioner.
