Referred Trial in R.T.No.2 of 2025 is a reference made by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Coimbatore, under Section 366 Cr.P.C., for confirmation of the death sentences awarded to A1 in Crime No.270 of 2019 on the file of the Mettupalayam Police Station, for the offence under Section 302 IPC (2 counts) in Spl.S.C.No.56 of 2023, by judgment dated 29.01.2025.
