ORDER
The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that without any notice, the respondents are now attempting to demolish the building of the petitioner located at the address morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition.
2. On the last hearing date, i.e., on 02.04.2026, the learned Special Government Pleader accepted notice on behalf of the respondents and sought time to get instructions.
3. Today, an affidavit has been filed by the 3rd respondent and a copy of the same has also been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. On instructions, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents would not interfere with the possession and enjoyment of 1150 sq.ft., which is still retained by the petitioner subsequent to the acquisition of the land measuring 162 sq.ft. out of 1312 ½ sq.ft.
