ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his representations, dated 19.09.2024 and 24.09.2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner had given representations on 19.09.2024 and 24.09.2024 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same were not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom they deem fit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:-
