ORDER
This application, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., has been filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.48/2021 registered at Police Station Kotwali Datia, District Datia (M.P.) for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of IPC and under Section 3 , 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act .
2. Prosecution story, in short, is that complainant/respondent No.2 lodged an FIR on 01.02.2021 to the effect that her marriage was solemnized with Abhishek Sarwariya (applicant No.1) on 22.01.2017 in accordance with Hindu rites and rituals.
