ORDER This petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973), has been preferred by the petitioners seeking quashing of FIR bearing Crime No.433/2022 dated 18.09.2022, registered at Police Station Chhola Mandir, District Bhopal (M.P.), for offences punishable under Sections 498- A, 304-B and 34 of Indian Penal Code, as well as Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, as well as quashing of all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom, including Criminal Case bearing ST No.173/2023 (arising out of FIR bearing Crime No.433/2022), which is pending for adjudication before the learned Trial Court at Bhopal (MP).
