ORDER
1. The Present Revision Petition has been preferred by the Petitioner impugning the Order dated 18.09.2023 passed by District Commission in Consumer Complaint No. 67/2023 titled ‘Ms. Madhurika Kamra & Anr. Vs. Roseberry Estate LLP & Ors.” whereby the Petitioner’s Written Statement was refused to be taken on record on the ground that the Written Statement was filed over and above the statutory period.
2. The Counsel for the Revisionist submitted that Opposite Party/Revisionist appeared before the District Commission and asserted that a copy of the notice dated 09.03.2023 had not been furnished to him. Further, the District Commission did not consider the fact that the Petitioner received the copy of the complaint from Opposite Party No.4 on 01.06.2023. Further, the District Commission did not appreciate the fact that the Petitioner filed the reply in time bound manner on 30.06.2023 after getting the knowledge on 01.06.2023 about the complaint filed by the Respondents. Pressing the aforesaid contentions, the Revisionist has prayed that the Impugned Order dated 11.03.2024 be set aside.
