ORDER
A. P. SAHI, J (PRESIDENT)
1. This Appeal has been presented with a reported delay of 1434 days whereas the Appellant claims that the delay is only 1263 days.
2. The Complainant had filed Consumer Complaint No. 14 of 2009 before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Uttar Pradesh. The same has been dismissed for want of prosecution after 12 years of pendency on 18.11.2021 by the State Commission against which the present Appeal has been filed. The reason prayed for condoning the delay in the filing of the Appeal has been stated in Paragraph No. - 3 of the Application being IA No. 15159 of 2025 which is as follows:
