ORDER

1. This Application IA 1171/2022 was filed on 3.5.2022 in CP IB 3457 of 2018 by State Bank Of India (“SBI”), the financial creditor and member of Committee of Creditors (“CoC”) under Section 60 (5) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ("IBC") in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (“CIRP”) of Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services Limited (“Corporate Debtor”) culminating into approval of Resolution Plan in CIRP by this Tribunal, seeking following reliefs:-

a. Pass appropriate directions to the Successful Resolution Applicant and the Corporate Debtor and persons in the management and control of the Successful Resolution Applicant and the Corporate Debtor, to make payments of the outstanding reconciled amount of Rs. 7.34,69,047/- (Rupees Seven Crores Thirty-Four Lakhs Sixty-Nine Thousand and Forty- Seven Only), which amount has been exclusively assigned to the financial creditors of the Corporate Debtor, in terms of paragraph 7.3.3.7 (ii) of the Approved Resolution Plan, within a period of 5 days from the disposal of this Application.
