While North India, especially, is batting the smog caused by stubble burning in neighboring states of Punjab and Haryana, beside the residue left by crackers burst during festivals and vehicular pollution. It the heart of India-Madhya Pradesh- that played spoilsport with the highest cases of stubble burning reported in the Country, so far.
