1. Heard Mr. Srinivas Mohanty, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, Mr. Debasish Nayak, learned Additional Government Advocate and Mr. P. K. Mohanty, learned Senior Advocate representing Opposite Party No.2 i.e. Odisha Public Service Commission.
2. By means of this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the legality and validity of the evaluation process in the Written Examination, Odisha Judicial Service Examination (OJS), 2022 and prays for evaluation of the left-out answer script by OPSC in the law of Property in Q-5(a) and in other questions as per the guidelines provided under the scheme of evaluation.
