1. Prayer in this petition is for quashing of criminal complaint bearing No. COMI No.47 of 2014 filed under Sections 420 , 467, 468, 506 and 120-B IPC and all other subsequent proceedings against the petitioners arising therefrom including the conviction order dated 26.03.2018/31.03.2018 passed by learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kosli and the judgment dated 19.03.2025 passed by learned Additional Session Judge, Rewari in CRA No. 160 of 2018, on the basis of compromise/settlement deed dated 31.07.2025 arrived between the parties.

2. This Court vide order dated 21.08.2025 had directed the parties to appear before the Trial Court/Area Magistrate to get their statements recorded and the learned Magistrate was directed to send his/her report qua the genuineness of the compromise.
