1. This petition was filed aggrieved of impugned order dated 05.04.2010 passed by the Rajasthan Information Commission (for short ‘Commission’) directing the petitioner-University to supply the copies of answer sheets of the respondent No.1, free of cost.

2. Brief facts are that the petitioner appeared in B.Ed. Examination held in the year 2008. The respondent No.1 filed an application under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (for short ‘the Act, 2005’) for seeking three informations, including supply of copy of the answer sheet. The copies of the answer sheets were denied by the petitioner-University stating it to be confidential document.

3. The respondent No.1 succeeded in the second appeal filed before the Commission and vide order dated 05.04.2010, the petitioner-University was directed to supply copy of the answer sheets.

4. The issue involved in the petition is that as to whether the respondent No.1 is entitled under the Act to get the answer sheets of her B.Ed. Examination.

5. The issue is no longer res-integra.
