1. Heard the parties.

2. The impugned orders, challenged under the above writ petitions, were passed in Civil Suit No.9/2013 renumbered as 510/2016 between the same parties. Order dated 28.08.2014, whereby prayer of the defendant-petitioner was refused to amend the written statement under Order VI Rule 17 C.P.C. is under challenge in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.16176/2024.

3. Order dated 07.12.2024, whereby opportunity to the defendant-petitioner to further cross-examine PW-2 Shivendra Singh, one of the plaintiff was closed, which is under challenge in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.21501/2024.

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.16176/2024

1. The plaintiff-respondent Nos.1 and 2 had brought the aforesaid suit for recovery of possession from the defendants on the portion of suit property known as Mandir Palace at Jaisalmer on the ground that the defendants were in permissive possession of the same as licensee but they are not vacating the suit premise. Further prayer was for compensation of rupees ten lakhs and injunction against the defendants to not to interfere with the possession and enjoymen
