1. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned orders dated 04.01.2024 (Annex.2) and 30.10.2025 (Annex.6) whereby the petitioner has been appointed as ‘Booth Level Officer’ (BLO) for Polling Booth No. 241, Govt. Upper Primary School, Mojana, Tehsil- Bharan, District- Hanumangarh, whereas the petitioner is elector/voter of Booth No. 218, Jajasar, Tehsil- Nohar, District- Hanumangarh. He further submits that as per the instructions of the Election Commission of India issued vide order dated 04.10.2022, a ‘Booth Level Officer’ (BLO) should be a voter in the polling station where, he is deputed as ‘B
