e. Untoward incident narrated : On 07.10.2021, the victim, Sk. Akram since deceased purchased a 2nd class valid railway ticket bearing no.38645426 from Barddhaman Jn. to Howrah by a local train. During the course of journey at about 18.00 hours., while he tried to see the place from where the said train was passing, suddenly he was dashed by an electric post and fell down inside the train compartment between Gangpur and Saktigarh Railway Stations, sustained serious injuries on his person. Thereafter he was brought down at Saktigarh Railway Station with the help of train passengers and he died on the platform of Saktigarh Railway Station.
