transfer (i) W.P. (C) No. 669/2021 titled as Sahara

Credit Cooperative Society Ltd. vs. Union of India;

(ii) W.P. (C) No. 670/2021 titled as Saharayn

Universal Multipurpose Society Ltd. vs. Union of

India; and (iii) W.P. (C) No. 817/2021 titled as

Humara India Credit Cooperative Society Ltd. vs.

Union of India, all three pending before the

Hon’ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi; and W.P.

(C) No. 18507/2020 titled as Stars Multipurpose

Cooperative Society Ltd. vs. Union of India,

pending before Hon’ble High Court of Telangana at

Hyderabad to this Hon’ble Court and/or

B.

Pass any other or further orders as may be

deemed fit and proper in the facts and

circumstances of the case.”
