ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha , 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’), seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.4 in P.R.C.No.65 of 2024 on the file of learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge-Cum-X Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally, pertaining to Crime No.1261 of 2021 of P.S. Madhapur, registered for the offences punishable under Section 370(A)(2) of the Indian Penal Code (for short ‘ IPC ’) and Sections 3 to 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act (for short ‘the Act’).

2. Heard Sri P. Sri Ram, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for State-respondent and perused the record.

3.  In brief, the case of the prosecution is that the Police, Madhapur Police Station, on receiving credible information about some persons indulging in organized prostitution, raided the premises i.e., Room No.504 of 5 th floor at Royal Hotel Comfort, H.No.2-52/3, 2-52/4, Above Bata Showroom, Opposite Pillar /No.1727, Madhapur, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and found that accused Nos.1 to
