This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:

to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declare the Proceedings No.C/1126/2009, dated 28.01.2010 of Respondent No.3 declaring the Petitioner as an unauthorized occupant to an extent of 175 Sq.Yds in Survey No.71 of Langerhouse Village, Golconda Mandal, Hyderabad, is illegal, arbitrary and in violat”i on of provisions of a.P. Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and violation of Art.14, 21 & 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same ....

2. Heard Smt.T.Padmaja, learned counsel, representing Sri T.D. Phani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is one of the Members of Defence Civilian Employees Cooperative Housing Society Limited and the said Society purchased an extent of Ac.12.37 gts. of land in Survey No.71 of Langer House, Golconda Tahasil, Hyderabad, for the dwelling houses of the Members on 27.05.1979.
