JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed aggrieved by order dated 07.11.2013 passed in I.A.No.1044 of 2012 in O.S.No.1003 of 2012 on the file of the VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District.

2. Heard Mr. G.Rajesham, learned counsel for appellant and Mr. T.Sharath, learned counsel for respondents.

3. O.S.No.1003 of 2012 is filed for declaration of title and recovery of possession and perpetual injunction by appellant/plaintiff. I.A.No.1044 of 2012 in O.S.No.1003 of 2012 came to be filed in Order XXXIX Rule 1 & 2 r/w Section 151 of C.P.C. seeking Ad-interim injunction.

4. The Court of VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, passed an order dated 07.11.2013, held as follows:-

“… On the other hand, the counsel for petitioner mainly contended that the respondents contended in the written statement that they are absolute owners of the suit schedule property. As the respondents are claiming title under the document which cannot be marked unless it is registered. But I do not find sufficient force in the contention of the counsel for petitioner.
